IYENGAR YOGA WORKSHOPS
YOGA INTRODUCTORY COURSES
Whether new to Iyengar
yoga or just new to yoga in general, the Introductory Course is designed
to present students with step-by-step introduction into the fundamentals
of yoga postures and to provide each student with the necessary foundation
to develop a safe and beneficial yoga practice. During the course we
work on postures, breathing and alignment. Issues with people with physical
restrictions or minor disorders will also be addressed during the sessions.
YOGA INTENSIVES
Yoga intensives
are meant to improve your yoga practice through deeper exploration of
the asanas. They are an excellent opportunity for those who want to
incorporate yoga into their professional work (fitness instructors,
personal trainers, professional dancers, and physiotherapists, etc.)
or for those who simply want to deepen some aspects of their practice.
Yoga intensives are designed to be taken as a complete course, but they
may be taken separately. Pre-registration is required.
